I returned for a full refund.ĥ They're not pretty but they work amazingly well. Maybe these are usable if you want to futz about with two hands? Nope.
You can certainly (finally) shove handle in, but I worried I'd tear the wall out removing. These hooks are NOT for these sized wooden handles, despite the packaging description. I tried to secure a heavy duty broom and also a stall picking rake. They ventured into many kinds of hooks but this is not their finest. I was disappointed in this Command product. I purchased a few to try them out and then placed another order to use them with all my cleaning instruments. They work 100% better than the metal hook system i had purchased and you can put them where ever you want and move them as needed. I use these in the garage to hold brooms and mops, etc. These were great to hang up my long handle cleaning tools so they are off the floor! They are easy to use as well! Just need to be pushed in & out a couple times for some reason. At first I thought they were hard to push in, but after 2-3 times, they work great. You can also space them to best fit the tools you want to hang so the space is well used.
Don't waste your money - these hooks HOLD the mop and broom handles very well and are east to mount. I had one of those racks with the "balls" that are supposed to hold the handles, well those last about 2 days.
